• TICKET HOLDER NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN - ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED.
• Only 10,000 tickets will be sold.  Tickets are numbered 0000 through 9999
• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and to be admitted on the grounds during the Deerassic Classic Giveaway week July 27th through August 2nd.
• Drawings subject to sale of 7,500 tickets
• If event is cancelled for any reason, purchase price will be refunded. The NWDEF reserves the right to postpone the event due to national emergency or unforseen act of God.
•All tickets will be sealed in envelopes and randomly selected as ordered.
• ANY NUMBER CAN BE A WINNER MORE THAN ONCE.
• All winning numbers are drawn lottery-style (numbered ping-pong balls).
• Winners claiming their prize must show WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D. (NWDEF NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST TICKETS)
• Complete winner list will be posted on our web site: www.deerassic.com or can be requested by mail.
• All winners must claim and pick up their prizes within 30 days.
• Winners are subject to all applicable taxes.
• All gun winners are subject to Federal, State and Local firearms background check.
• Absolutely NO GLASS CONTAINERS permitted on grounds.
• Non-ticket holders may attend the Deerassic Classic, Friday, August 1st for $20.00 & Saturday, August 2nd for $30.00.   Free entertainment included on Friday.  Free food, soft drinks & entertainment included on Saturday.
• Absolutely no ATV’s, scooters, etc. permitted on grounds.
• Limited seating provided. Please bring your own chair.  Gander Mountain chairs available $10.00.
• The NWDEF reserves the right to replace any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
• Board members, employees and their immediate families are ineligible for this drawing.
• On-site primitive camping available

The NWDEF, it’s officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors or any person or organization affiliated with the NWDEF will not assume any liability for any loss, injury, claim or otherwise resulting from any prize obtained through the sale of a ticket. By accepting this ticket, the holder acknowledges this limitation of liability and assumes any liability and will hold harmless the NWDEF or any affiliate for any liability resulting from the purchase of this ticket or any prize resulting therefrom.
